North Shore, Jefferson County, New York   North Shore is not an enormously congested segment of shore, and what a tremendous site for going to the beach it is. As if North Shore wasn't sufficient you can also go whitewater paddling, fishing, swimming, and boating, so being deficient in endeavors won't happen. The way the water touches this section of shoreline is such a lovely vista. You might have to settle for a hotel a away from the beach if you want to spend a night, but do reserve a room before you go as it is a very popular destination. New York has lots of beaches. This is an unbelievably     wonderful piece of shore. Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, and North Shore in Jefferson County, New York is such a great place. A journey to nearby Carrying Place is very relaxing, and of course Little Fox Creek flows through this vicinity. A wonderful spot for whitewater paddling close to North Shore is Sandy Creek, and Burnham Point State Park is a great place. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on North Sandy Creek. High temperatures at North Shore throughout the warm months are in the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's.
