| | along the Northville Lake Placid Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Sacandaga River - Middle Branch offers some brilliant whitewater. It's a great idea to pop by Hatchery Brook, it's in the neighborhood of Moffit Beach, and there are great places to discover along the Sucker Brook Trail. If the weather is lovely, you get a tremendous view of Lookout Mountain from Moffit Beach, and going for a hike on the Hamilton Mountain Fire Tower Trail is always a nice adventure. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Sacandaga River - West Branch. | |
