If spending too much time inside got you down, no problem, Cedar Beach in Suffolk County, New York is a really glorious location to spend time. The campgrounds here at Cedar Beach are relatively great. You might have to settle for a hotel a away from the beach if you want to stay an extra day, but do reserve a room in advance of a trip given that it is a very popular destination. An afternoon playing golf at Bergen Point Golf Course is always a pleasure, and a golf course nearby is Peninsula Golf Club. Cedar Beach ordinarily gets a large amount of rain; November is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month of the year is February. Summertime highs at Cedar Beach usually tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Cedar Beach. | |
