Canarsie Beach is a site where you won’t see big crowds, but when you're here you're always having a tremendous time. The way the water joins the scenic New York seashore outclasses anything. | | out, and Paerdegat Basin is very near and is a nice location to check out. On a wonderful day you can stop by Plumb Beach in the vicinity of Canarsie Beach, and Gateway National Recreation Area is a tremendous national park. While you're here at Canarsie Beach you will meet lots of people from nearby New York-Newark-Edison, and if you're here, you could pop by Fresh Creek. What a site this is for outdoors people. the warm days of summer at Canarsie Beach temperatures are frequently in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are mostly in the 30's while Canarsie Beach overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's.
