Ok, you've been cooped up for too much time, and South Beach in Washoe County, Nevada is a great site for getting out. You can raise that tent or park your RV at a close by campground. South Beach doesn’t get loads of visitors, but segments of coast like these are tremendous. There aren’t any hotels close by but if you're willing to go a short length then no problem but if you don’t have reservations you might end up slumbering in your vehicle. |

Some of the endeavors here are whitewater paddling, swimming, hiking, fishing, boating, and golfing, so one won’t become bored. Nevada is a tremendous place for beach folks. This piece of shoreline is an outstanding site to have a look at. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Truckee

Hiking is a popular thing to do around South Beach; Mount Rose Trail is a delightful local trail; golf can be played at Silver Oak Golf Club.
