| | Anxious to get down to the beach, Navy Beach in Mineral County, Nevada is the outdoors at its finest. There are more activities here other than just hanging out at the beach such as golfing, swimming, boating, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is projected to occur. This piece of coastline is so good. There aren’t any accommodations in close proximity but if you're ready to go a short length then no problem but do book a room in advance of a trip given that it is a very popular destination. And naturally, there are campgrounds nearby. |

| | spend the day at Sportsmans Beach. House Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting, and a great site close by is House Creek Canyon. Walker Lake Golf Course is a nice golf course close by. Navy Beach is a location that is relatively dried out commonly; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is December. All through the summer at Navy Beach temperatures are generally in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Navy Beach are in the 20's. | |
