| | We have a natural beach, good for surf fishing, boating, walking your dog. Swimming is best done on the ocean, not the bay, sorry to say. And there is no camping. Nearest spot is at Cheesequake State Park off Exit 120 of the Garden State Parkway. CB is not a ''pretty wet place''; it gets average summer rainfall for a temperate zone locale. Bird watching is good here. Nice view of Keyport harbor. The view of Whale Creek is not a remarkable vista for a postcard. Says Pat

| | be without fun things to do. Cliffwood Beach doesn’t have lots of facilities, but there's splendid natural loveliness awaiting you here along it. Eager to get down to the beach, If you happen to be in Monmouth County of New Jersey, Cliffwood Beach is a brilliant local slice of shoreline. This segment of shoreline is so great. It's a wonderful idea to explore Whale Creek, it's near Cliffwood Beach, and if you have the time, Gateway National Recreation Area is a national park worth checking out. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Wind River Range. | |

You should absolutely go to delightful Raritan Bay Beach since you're here at Cliffwood Beach; playing golf is lots of fun at South Shore Golf Course. This ski area is so pleasant. At Cliffwood Beach you always meet someone from New York-Newark-Edison, and for you golfers we recommend
close by BAMM Hollow Country Club. Why not stop by Matawan Point also while you're here, and if you're a golfer then a delightful close by course is Glenwood Country Club. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. If you want to hit the beach, Seidler Beach is close at
hand, and do schedule some time to go to Keyport Harbor if you have a chance. All the outdoors cool things in the Wind River Range will keep you coming back over and over. Cliffwood Beach is a pretty wet place regularly with a good deal of rain; the wettest month of the year is
generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. Summer at Cliffwood Beach arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Cliffwood Beach temperatures sink to the 10's.
