A magnificent place like Helena National Forest near Black Sandy Beach is too brilliant to leave out; the 1906 Trail is a pleasant hiking trail close by. You might want to pay a visit to Favorite Gulch while you're here at Black Sandy Beach, and some close by water includes Prickly Pear Creek.
