There's whitewater on Narraguagus River - West Branch for all you adrenaline rush       seekers, and fine hiking is available along the Jessup Trail. Get your heart beating on the splendid whitewater of Narraguagus River, and one of the best things about this site is its proximity to Black Beach. Through the days of summer here at Schoodic Beach, high temperatures   ordinarily get into the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Schoodic Beach dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. The high level of rain makes Schoodic Beach a pretty wet place; November is when you get the most rain here while August is ordinarily the driest month.
