Schoodic Beach, Hancock County, Maine   With so many beaches in Maine you'll not ever turn bored. Schoodic Beach doesn’t have many services, but many folks like to come here to be near the water. Outdoors recreation is plentiful; some of the entertaining stuff you can do are whitewater paddling, boating, swimming, fishing, and hiking, so lacking endeavors will not take place. A lot of fun waits for you at this segment of coast. Great glittering water and such a wonderful piece of coast is such a delightful view. There are fine locations to explore along the Hemlock Trail, and the sight of Schoodic Mountain is beautiful. Lamoine State Park is a good place to stretch your legs a bit, and there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called the Bar Island Trail. Narraguagus River - West Branch has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and why not take a look at close by Redman Brook if you're here at Schoodic Beach. Paddling on Narraguagus River is so much fun, and going for a hike on the Jessup Trail is always a magnificent adventure. Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Schoodic Beach. Do schedule some time to explore Cape Rosier in close proximity to Schoodic Beach if you have a chance, and if you're looking   for a good spree, Acadia National Park is pretty near. Why not go to Schoodic Bay also while you're here; you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Black Beach. For the duration of the summertime months highs here at Schoodic Beach get into the 70's while overnight lows are mostly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Schoodic Beach are in the 10's. Schoodic Beach mostly gets lots of rainfall; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is August.
