Sandy River Beach is not a tremendously packed segment of shoreline, and it's always amusing to be here. There are wonderful spots to explore along the Mud Hole Trail, and you must visit Natt Point when you're here. If you're keen on cool geologic characteristics, try Parker Head, and nothing beats kicking back at Pobblestone Cove. Rhine Point is quite right next door to Sandy River Beach, and some of the water close by flows, like Sandy River. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Great Cove Golf Course; since you're here, you might as well check out Great Bar. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the       fun things at Sandy River Beach. You without doubt have to stop at Roque Bluffs State Park while you're here at Sandy River Beach, and Little Pond Beach is a beach close by that you can have a look at. Get covered with water paddling on Machias River; glide down the rapids of East   Machias River in a kayak. Much rainfall falls at Sandy River Beach; all through the month of December you get the most snow around here; the driest of the months is August. High temperatures at Sandy River Beach through the summer are in the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Sandy River Beach are in the 0's.
