golf at Rockland Golf Club is always a joy, and you can catch a sight of Mount Battie from Laite Memorial Beach. A tour to Laite Memorial Beach wouldn’t be complete without a trip to close by Camden Hills State Park, and you can run the rapids of Ducktrap River. There is a nice
hiking trail near Laite Memorial Beach called the Mount Megunticook Trail, and nearby Kays Ledge is a magnificent site to go. A quick trip to Megunticook River in the vicinity of Laite Memorial Beach is a brilliant idea. At Laite Memorial Beach through the summer months highs are
in the 70's; the night is a little cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are usually in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Laite Memorial Beach sink into the 10's.
