  Hunters Beach is not an unbelievably crowded segment of coastline, and it's one of those places where everything is brilliant. The close by accommodations are a little away from the beach, but do book a room previous to going as it is a very popular destination. Dropping by the beach in Maine is such a wonderful pursuit. The uniting of the water and such a wonderful section of shoreline is such a delightful view. For all you camping folks there are campgrounds in the vicinity. Among the exciting things you can do near Hunters Beach are hiking, boating,
    fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so you won't be without exciting things to do. This section of coast is so great. There's a forest here at Hunters Beach called The Black Woods; getting to Hunters Brook from Hunters Beach is simple. Not far from Hunters Beach you locate
Ingraham Point, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Hunters Brook Trail. A splendid place in the neighborhood of Hunters Beach is Lewis Rock, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Day Mountain Trail. Rhodes Cliff is a wonderful spot to check out while in the area; the Seaside Brook Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Hunters Beach. During your stay at Hunters Beach do check out close by Sand Beach, and a wonderful vista of striking Day Mountain is available.  
    No need to travel far to visit out of the ordinary stuff like The Cleft, and a visit to Acadia National Park is recommended. A day at Gilley Beach near Hunters Beach is time well spent, and there's whitewater on Branch Lake Stream for all you adrenaline junkies. Hunters Beach Cove
 is pretty close to Hunters Beach, and there are some great whitewater spots on Union River. Now, you may think that's loads but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Hunters Beach. A perfect place like Lamoine State Park in the vicinity of Hunters Beach is too good to leave out. The high level of rainfall makes Hunters Beach a relatively wet place; the wettest month of the year is frequently November, that's the one that rains the most while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. For the duration of the summertime here at Hunters
Beach, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are usually in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Hunters Beach temperatures drop to the 10's.
