A quick tour to Sprague River close to Head Beach is a delightful idea; Spoonbowl Ledge is also a nice place to explore. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at Head Beach. Time spent at Popham Beach right       next door to Head Beach is always great. Summertime highs at Head Beach ordinarily tend to be in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Head Beach.
