Hales Beach, Hancock County, Maine   We all must go to the beach every now and then; If you happen to be in Hancock County of Maine, Hales Beach is a nice local segment of shoreline. Hales Beach doesn’t have lots of facilities, but you always have a brilliant time when you're on it. The close by places to stay are a little far away from the beach, but you'd better book prior to departure since these hotels fill up rapidly through the summertime months. No chance of feeling bored in Maine if you love the beach. And obviously, there are campgrounds in close proximity. Some of the pursuits     here are fishing, whitewater paddling, hiking, boating, swimming, and golfing, so one may perhaps stay a while. This is such a lovely segment of coastline. On a gorgeous day you get a panorama of Dollard Hill from Hales Beach, and Jesse Beach is relatively close by if you're in a beach type of mood. Some close by water includes Howards Brook, and Branch Lake Dam is a stunning place. Going for a hike along the Bald Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; Lamoine State Park is both glorious and beautiful. Get wet paddling on Branch Lake Stream, and a round of golf at nearby White Birches Motel & Golf Course is a pleasant way to kill some time. Be careful coming to Hales Beach, you might not ever want to go back home again. Float down the rapids of Union River in a kayak, and if you're here, do take   a visit to Loon Cove. On a great day at Hales Beach you can take a hike along the Peaked Mountain Trail; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Blue Hill Trail. Summer at Hales Beach comes with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Hales Beach dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. From a rainfall point of view Hales Beach is a pretty typical place; the month with most of the rain is November; the driest month of the year is February.
