| | in a kayak, and going for a hike along the Snowshoe Lake Road will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. If you're here at Gilman Beach, you could check out Carry Brook, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Millinocket Lake Tote Road. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Gilman Beach. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are ordinarily in the 20's while Gilman Beach nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the-10's. From a rainfall point of view Gilman Beach is a quite normal place; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is February. | |
