The close by hotels are fairly far away from the beach, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your vehicle. Dunn Beach is a place where you won’t make out large crowds, but you always have a splendid time when you're on it. In case you're a camper you can set up     that camp site at one of the wonderful campgrounds around here. At this segment of coast you will not ever have a bad time. Choppy water and such a picturesque section of shore will make you feel perfect. Time spent at Jesse Beach in the neighborhood of Dunn Beach is always good, and taking a little tour to close by Dodges Point is a great idea. Turtle Brook is a stream that you may encounter during your stay, and a great place nearby is Two Bush Rock. Near Dunn Beach you hit upon the Peaked Mountain Trail which is a fine hiking trail; whitewater paddling is perfect on Tannery Brook River. Going for a hike on the Bald Mountain Trail is always a great adventure, and get drenched paddling on Union River. That right there is lots already, but it goes on; Dunn Beach has it all. The summit of Hopkins Hill can be seen from Dunn Beach,       and Lamoine State Park is both great and pretty. Go for a hike on the Old Gold Mine Trail; do schedule some time to have a look at Turtle Cove if you have a chance. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Dunn Beach; most of the rain falls throughout November, and the driest   of the months is February. High temperatures at Dunn Beach through the months of summer are in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. During the winter highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Dunn Beach.
