Sparrow and Carr beaches have been closed down and developed in the 70's.There is no public access. Says Bob B
Sparrows beach is a gated private community. Nothing nearby but other private communities. The only beach open to the public in this area is Sandy Point State Park located just off Route 50. 5 dollars for Maryland residents and 6 for others. Says Tina
Sparrows Beach is not an exceptionally visited piece of coast, but it is a fun location
for everybody. Dropping by the beach in xx is such a magnificent pastime. We all must explore the beach every now and then, and Sparrows Beach in Anne Arundel County, xx is such a perfect site. For all you camping people there are
campgrounds close by. There arenít any places to stay around here but if you're ready to voyage a small length then no problem and if you make reservations prior to departure you're all set. This slice of coastline is so gorgeous. There are more endeavors here other than just hanging out at the beach like swimming, boating, and fishing, so being bored is not something that is expected to happen.
