Sparrows Beach Custom Search   Sparrow and Carr beaches have been closed down and developed in the 70's.There is no public access. Says Bob B Sparrows beach is a gated private community. Nothing nearby but other private communities. The only beach open to the public in this area is Sandy Point State Park located just off Route 50. 5 dollars for Maryland residents and 6 for others. We all must explore the beach every now and then, and Sparrows Beach in Anne Arundel County, xx is such a perfect site. For all you camping people there are campgrounds close by. There aren’t any places to stay around here but if you're ready to voyage a small length then no problem and if you make reservations prior to departure you're all set. This slice of coastline is so gorgeous.
