Roachs Shore, Cecil County, Maryland Custom Search   Choppy water and the Maryland seashore is a delightful vista. Roachs Shore doesn’t have a lot of services, but it sure is a fine beach. And obviously, there are campgrounds around here. This slice of coastline is a beautiful site to take a look at. Maryland has loads of beaches. There's loads of outdoors recreation available nearby such as golfing, swimming, whitewater paddling, boating, and fishing, so it's just not possible to get bored. You will possibly have to settle for a hotel a far away from the beach if you want to stay for a few days, but do     book a room ahead of going in view of the fact that it is a very popular destination. A journey to Elk Neck State Park when you're here at Roachs Shore is never a bad idea; there's whitewater on Big Elk Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. Roach Point is in close proximity to Roachs Shore and is a brilliant place to check out, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Northeast Creek. A quick tour to Hance Point Creek near Roachs Shore is a great idea; golf can be played at Chesapeake Bay Golf Club. The top of Black Hill is easily seen from Roachs Shore, and an afternoon playing golf at Furnace Bay Golf Course is always a pleasure. Just can't get enough of Roachs Shore. Sandy Cove is not far from Roachs Shore at all. At Roachs Shore during the summer highs are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Throughout       the winter highs are frequently in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Roachs Shore temperatures sink to the 20's.
