Hiking along the Nauset Marsh Trail is tremendous fun, and time spent at Cahoon Hollow Beach is always good. So much entertaining stuff in the Wind River Range, just amazing. Taking a little journey to nearby Drummer Cove is a glorious idea, and if you're visiting from Barnstable Town, you won't be the only one. A ski area like this is too pleasant to pass up. Do schedule some time to go to Pleasant Point near White Crest Beach if you have a chance; visiting Nickerson State Park is a magnificent thing to do. Here at White Crest Beach you can see Camp Wellfleet Dunes, and do take a hike on the Buttonbush Trail. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! White Crest Beach is so good! A golf course in close proximity   to White Crest Beach is Chequessett Yacht & Country Club; obviously, all our national parks are splendid sites to pop by and Cape Cod National Seashore is no exception. And that's not all you can do here in the Wind River Range. Near White Crest Beach you come across a golf course called Highland Golf, and you can spend the day on the beach at Maguire Landing Beach. This is such an enjoyable ski area. White Crest Beach sits in the shade of the Camp Wellfleet Dunes, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Pamet Cranberry Bog Trail. Take a little visit to Fresh Brook if you're here at White Crest Beach. The high level of precipitation makes White Crest Beach a rather wet spot; the wettest month of the year is generally November, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. For the period of the warm days of summer at White Crest Beach highs are usually in the 70's, and the overnight is a bit chillier of course, generally in the 60's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at White Crest Beach temperatures plunge to the 20's.
