Near Town Beach you stumble on a golf course called Cranberry Valley Golf Course; while you're here here do explore nearby Point of Rocks Landing Beach. This is such a pleasant ski area. is a good local trail, and if you're here you can play some golf at Captain's Golf Course the. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Town Beach. Nickerson State Park is a pleasant site, and Clarks Point is in close proximity and always brilliant to take a look
at. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the Wind River Range. There's wonderful hiking along the Great Island Trail; don't miss out on a journey to Cape Cod National Seashore while you're here. This is an incredibly pleasant ski area. Town
Beach is not far at all from Barnstable Town. Through the days of summer at Town Beach highs are usually in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at
Town Beach temperatures drop to the 20's. The high level of precipitation makes Town Beach a relatively wet spot; most of the rain falls through November; the driest month of the year is July.
