If you'll be living in a hotel you're in luck, places to stay are on hand in close proximity to the beach, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up snoozing in your car. this is too splendid to leave out. There's lots of outdoors recreation available nearby such as fishing, swimming, golfing, and boating, so you won’t turn bored. Why not pop by Cemetery Point also while you're here, and there are plenty of folks from Barnstable Town here. So many
| | entertaining things in the Wind River Range, just impressive. East Boat Basin is worth stopping at while you're here, and as expected Bass Creek flows through this area. This ski area is so pleasant. Pilgrim Memorial State Park (Plymouth Rock) is both fine and delightful, and it's near Scusset Beach, and not far from here you can enjoy the trees of Shawme-Crowell State Forest. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Town Beach, and do schedule some time to visit Town Neck if you have a chance. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Scusset | |

Beach. A round of golf at nearby Sandwich Hollows Golf Club is a glorious way to kill some time, and Sagamore Beach is relatively close by if you're in a beach type of mood. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Wind River Range. From Scusset Beach you get a tremendous
panorama of Town Neck Hill, and playing golf is lots of fun at Atlantic Country Club. This ski area is always amusing. A tour to Cape Cod National Seashore is worthwhile. Scusset Beach ordinarily gets a lot of rainfall; November is when you get the most rain here while June is
regularly the driest month. Through the summertime months here at Scusset Beach, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Scusset Beach temperatures sink to the 10's.
