for a beach close by we recommend Haigis Beach. Salt Box Beach is a wet place that gets lots of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while July is commonly the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Salt Box Beach, and during the
night it cools down to the 60's. Highs throughout the winter are commonly in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Salt Box Beach.
