Barnstable Town. On a brilliant day at Parkers River Beach you can take a hike along the Great Island Trail; playing golf is lots of fun at Hyannis Golf Club. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Davis Beach is relatively in the neighborhood of Parkers River Beach, and a round
of golf at nearby Blue Rock Par 3 Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. If time allows, Cape Cod National Seashore is a national park worth checking out, and close by you discover the Red Maple Swamp Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail. You must visit Parkers Neck when
you're here at Parkers River Beach, and there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Buttonbush Trail. Parkers River Beach typically gets a large amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month of the year is July. The warmest time of
the year brings highs in the 70's to Parkers River Beach, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's while Parkers River Beach overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's.
