| | allows, Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is a national park worth stopping at; Strawberry Ledge is another good location to go to close by. So many fun things to do here in the Adirondack Mountains, too good to be true. Weir River flows through this region, and Wompatuck State Park is a delightful place any time of year. This lake is so wonderful. From Nantasket Beach you obtain a wonderful sight of Strawberry Hill, and why not take a look at Point Allerton also since you're here. Beach is nearby. All year is a nice time in the Adirondack Mountains if you like the outdoors. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cohasset Tidal Rip, and taking a little visit to close by Rocky Neck is a good idea. This lake is so wonderful.
You'll meet a lot of people from Boston-Cambridge-Quincy here. Nantasket Beach gets a lot of water; the wettest month of the year is typically November, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At Nantasket Beach during
the long summer days highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while Nantasket Beach overnight low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 10's.
