L Street Beach is excellent! The vistas at Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area will blow your mind, and golf can be played at Franklin Park Golf Course. Carson Beach is in the vicinity of L Street Beach and is a delightful beach to pop by, and if you're here, do take

| | a spree to Dorchester Penninsula. An afternoon playing golf at Granite Links Golf Club at Quarry Hills is always a joy, and Old Harbor is very near and is a pleasant place to go to. You can run the rapids of Cohasset Tidal Rip in close proximity to L Street Beach. At L Street Beach through the summer highs are in the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 60's. During the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's; night lows through the wintertime for L Street Beach tend to be in the 10's. L Street Beach sees pretty high levels of precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout November, and July is the month with the least moisture. |
