Good hiking is available along the   Great Island Trail, and you can hit the beach if you want, Great Hollow Beach is practically right here. At Head of the Meadow Beach through the summertime highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Head of the Meadow Beach.
