high levels of rain; through November this area sees the most rain, and June is the month with the least moisture. At Black Beach throughout the summer months highs are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while Black Beach nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 10's.
