Hulman Beach, Putnam County, Indiana   When was the last time you went to the beach? If by chance you happen to be in Putnam County of Indiana, Hulman Beach is a magnificent local piece of shoreline. During the days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Hulman Beach, and during the night it cools down to the 60's.
