Take a hike on the Box Lake Trail, and in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Payette River - North Fork. Wagon Wheel Bay is not far from Sylvan Beach at all, and Rio Vista Dam is a place that is close to Sylvan Beach. A good place like Ponderosa State Park near Sylvan Beach is too perfect to leave out, and a day at striking North Beach close to Sylvan Beach is a pleasant thing to do. While you're here at Sylvan Beach you can play some golf at City of McCall Golf Course; Sylvan Beach is right by the Fall Creek Trail. Hiking along the Louie Lake Trail is splendid fun. For the period of the summertime months here at Sylvan Beach, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Sylvan Beach.
