D'Alene Public Golf Club is a great way to kill some time; one of the best things about this location is its proximity to Honeysuckle Beach. Sanders Beach is in the vicinity of Heyburn State Park which is a charming place, and magnificent hiking is available along the Caribou Ridge
National Recreation Trail. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because The Coeur D'Alene Resort Golf Course is around here, and a journey to Stevens Point is always a fine idea. Beaches are good; and Silver Beach right next door to Sanders Beach is no exception. All through
the days of summer, highs typically are in the 80's at Sanders Beach. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Sanders Beach are in the 20's.
