For all you camping folks there are campgrounds close by. Waikoko Beach is not an enormously crowded segment of shore, and it is a good segment of coastline. This section of coast is a charming place to explore. If you love the great outdoors, you won’t be let down; there's fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, whitewater paddling, and golfing, so becoming bored is not something that is expected     to happen. Hawaii is a wonderful beach state. Not too many accommodations nearby, you'll have to go a bit to get to one, but you'd better book before heading out as these hotels fill up quick during the months of summer. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Hanalei, and if you're here at Waikoko Beach, checking out Makaihuwaa is a must. Visit Waipa Stream since you're here at Waikoko Beach, and there are great places to discover along the Alakai Swamp Trail. Taking a little tour to close by Makahoa Point is a great idea; you can go for a hike on the Mhihi Waialae Trail. You should positively pop by beautiful Lumahai Beach if you're here at Waikoko Beach, and don't leave Waikoko Beach without first going for a hike along the Kalalau Trail. A tour to Hanalei Bay in the neighborhood of Waikoko Beach is always a brilliant idea, and the peak of Puu Ka Manu can be spotted from Waikoko Beach. Ha'ena State Park is a great site to go if you're at Waikoko Beach, and a tremendous location nearby   is Pohakuopio. If you want to hit the beach, Puu Poa Beach is nearby, and since you're here you can play some golf at Princeville Golf Club. Waikoko Beach is not far at all from Kapaa. High temperatures at Waikoko Beach during the warmest time of the year are in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 60's with temperatures at Waikoko Beach dipping down into the 40's through winter nights. Waikoko Beach is a location that is relatively dried up ordinarily; most of the rain falls through January, and July on the other hand is the driest.
