Everybody loves Malaekahana State Recreation Area; a golf course nearby is Turtle Bay Country Club. Mahakea Beach is not far at all from Honolulu. Mahakea Beach gets a great deal of water; through November this area sees the most rain, and August is when it's the driest. At Mahakea Beach through the summertime months highs are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's.
