There are tremendous locations to look at along the Kaaha Trail, and taking a little tour to nearby Punaluu Harbor is a great idea. Here at Keoneeleele you can observe Puehu, and a good site nearby is Nnole Gulch. Having a good time at Keoneeleele is easy. hiking is available along the Kau Desert Trail. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Keoneeleele. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 70's with temperatures at Keoneeleele dipping down into the 50's
during winter nights. A great deal of rain falls at Keoneeleele; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is February.
