Kamehame Beach doesn’t get many visitors, but it is a perfect piece of coast. This segment of coast is always nice. Hionamoa Gulch is a perfect site to take a look at near Kamehame Beach, and time spent at Keoneeleele is always tremendous. There are wonderful sites to look at along the Kaaha Trail, and a day at wonderful Punaluu Beach near Kamehame Beach is a perfect thing to do. Not far from Kamehame Beach you come across Kakio Point, and don't leave Kamehame Beach without first going for a hike along the Maunaiki Trail. Put some time aside to spend at Waioala Spring since you're here at Kamehame Beach, and Kamehame Hill is a peak you can observe from Kamehame Beach. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Kamehame Beach is so good! Seamountain Golf Course is a fine golf course close by, and Palima Point is reasonably close. There's good hiking along the Kau Desert Trail, and the panoramas at Hawaii Volcanoes       National Park will blow your mind. All the water falling down from the sky makes Kamehame Beach a wet site; September is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Throughout the summertime here at Kamehame Beach, high temperatures mostly get into the   80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 70's while Kamehame Beach overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 50's.
