A good beach in close proximity to Kaluahole is Three Tables; a cool spot to take a look at is Kehu-o-Hapuu *. Take a side tour to Waimea River, and going for a hike on the Kawailoa Trail is always a great adventure. Now, you may assume that's heaps but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Kaluahole. Don't leave Kaluahole without first paying a visit to Waimea Falls,       and there are good sites to discover along the Dupont Trail. Pu'u o Mahuka Heiau State Monument is worth visiting if you're at Kaluahole; while you're here you can play some golf at Turtle Bay Country Club. Don't leave Kaluahole without first going for a hike along the Mokuleia   Trail. The warmest time of the year at Kaluahole arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 60's. For the period of the winter the highs are typically in the 70's while the cold winter nights at Kaluahole are in the 50's. From a rainfall point of view Kaluahole is a rather common place; most of the rain falls throughout January, and August meanwhile is the driest month.
