| | Hawaii is a magnificent site for beach people. Kalapueo doesn’t get many visitors, but you always have a glorious time when you're on it. Ok, enough of spending all this time inside a building, and Kalapueo in Honolulu County, Hawaii is such a splendid site. The way the water unites the Hawaii seashore is a gorgeous vista. As if Kalapueo wasn't enough you can also go golfing, swimming, fishing, hiking, and boating, so you won’t turn bored. The nearby lodgings are a bit far from the beach, and if you make reservations prior to departure you're all set. |

This slice of shore is so tremendous. If you're going to Kalapueo from Honolulu, you won't be the only one, and a tour to Kaloko Beach is always a great idea. Makapuu Point is close at hand and always delightful to have a look at, and the view of lovely Makapuu Head is great. The
| | scenery at Kapaliokamoa Breakwater next to Kalapueo is striking; Kaup Cove is quite close. Enjoy a round of golf at Luana Hills Country Club not far from Kalapueo, and nearby you discover Makapuu Gap which is a great spot to go to. So many fun things to do at Kalapueo, so little time. A golf course in the vicinity of Kalapueo is Hawaii Kai Golf Course, and Wa'ahila Ridge State Recreation Area is a delightful location to stretch your legs a bit. Makapuu Beach. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Halawa Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Kalapueo a wet site; November is when you get the most rain here, and September is the month with the least moisture. At Kalapueo through the summer highs are in
the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 70's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 80's; overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Kalapueo tend to be in the 60's.
