You may perhaps have to settle for a hotel a far from the beach if you want to stay for a few days, but do book a room before you go given that it is a very popular destination. | | idea; you have to beyond doubt go to beautiful Kalakala if you're here. Kaikena is in the neighborhood of Iamo and is a nice spot to go to; the vista of Wawaeku is delightful. If you want to hit the beach, Kahokunui is in the vicinity; nearby you discover fine spots like Hauola Gulch. But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Iamo. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Iamo; through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 70's with temperatures at Iamo dipping down into the 60's during winter nights. Around Iamo you don’t get a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls during January, and the driest month is August. | |
