If you'll be staying in a hotel you're in luck, places to stay are available near the beach, but do book a room before heading out because it is a very popular destination. You should go to Reeds Bay when you're here at Bakers Beach, and if you're a golfer then a good close by course is Naniloa Country Club. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 70's, and winter nights come with lows in the 60's to Bakers Beach.
