| | Deemers Beach is not an extraordinarily visited section of shore, but it unquestionably is a great beach. For all you camping folks there are campgrounds in the neighborhood. Anxious to get down to the beach, Deemers Beach in New Castle County, Delaware is such a good spot. The nearby lodgings are a bit away from the beach, but you'd better reserve ahead of going since these hotels fill up quickly during the days of summer. Delaware is a tremendous beach state. paddling, boating, golfing, and fishing, so being short of activities won't occur. The way the water unites the coast tops anything. On a lovely day you can stop by Deemers Beach close to Deemers Beach, and there's whitewater on Red Clay Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
| | So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Wind River Range, too great to be true. Army Creek is a good local stream, and since you're here why not visit Bulkhead Shoal. This is such an enjoyable ski area. Wilmington Country Club is a magnificent golf course close by, and Deemers Beach is in the vicinity of Fort Delaware State Park which is a beautiful spot. There are some nice whitewater spots on Brandywine Creek, and Pea Patch Island Dike is a place that is next to Deemers Beach. it all. Not far from Deemers Beach you discover Hamburg Cove. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Deemers Beach. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Deemers Beach night low temperatures throughout
the winter are in the 20's. The high level of precipitation makes Deemers Beach a relatively wet place; during July this area sees the most rain while February is mostly the driest month.
