| | Tremendous dazzling water and the gorgeous shore is a panorama worth seeing. It's bad for you to spend too much time indoors; you have to get out of the house every now and then, and If by chance you happen to be in Fairfield County of Connecticut, Short Beach is a good local beach. There aren’t any places to stay nearby but if you're ok to journey a small distance then no problem and if you make reservations ahead of going you're all set. Short Beach is a relaxing place, and being here is always amusing. For all you camping folks there are campgrounds |

in the vicinity. Connecticut is a perfect site for beach folks. Some pastimes here are boating, hiking, golfing, fishing, whitewater paddling, and swimming, so being short of pastimes won't take place. You're sure to stumble upon some smiling people from New Haven-Milford here,
| | and you can have a delightful hiking adventure along the Quinnipiac Trail. If you crave a little side journey, try Mary Ann Bar, and Short Beach is right by the Regicides Trail. You don’t have to go far from Short Beach to distinguish the water at Inner Breakwater, and Orchards Golf Course is a golf course nearby. Take a hike on the Naugatuck Trail; if you want to hit the beach, Lordship Beach is around here. Be careful coming to Short Beach, you might not ever want to return home again. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Short Beach. Short Beach frequently gets lots of rain; November is when you get the most rain here; August meanwhile is the driest month. |
