The almighty water and the lovely Connecticut seashore is a wonderful view. At Ocean Beach you can catch a glimpse of Pepperbox Hill; a journey to Lighthouse Point is always a tremendous idea. These mountains rock, just explore all the cool stuff to do in the Wind River Range. Goshen Ledge is a wonderful location to look at, and Harkness Memorial State Park is a fine place to stop by on a delightful day. This is an incredibly pleasant ski area. On a great day at Ocean Beach you can take a hike along the Narragansett Trail, and if you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Birch Plain Golf Course & Driving Range. There are plenty of people from Norwich-New London here at Ocean Beach, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Groton Town   Shennecossett Golf Course. And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do near Ocean Beach. Osprey Beach is near Ocean Beach and is a striking beach to go to; a round of golf at nearby Shennecossett Municipal Golf Course is a perfect way to kill some time. You definitely ought to love the Wind River Range. Do schedule some time to go to Alewife Cove in the vicinity of Ocean Beach if you have a chance; getting to Fenger Brook from Ocean Beach is painless. This is such a pleasant ski area. A day at beautiful Town Beach close to Ocean Beach is a tremendous thing to do. Ocean Beach gets a good deal of water; through November this area sees the most rain; June on the other hand is the driest. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Ocean Beach, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's with temperatures at Ocean Beach dipping down into the 10's through winter nights.
