If you're a camper you can raise that tent of yours at one of the magnificent campgrounds in close proximity. There's a lot of outdoors recreation available nearby such as fishing, boating, golfing, whitewater paddling, swimming, and hiking, so it's completely out of the question to turn bored. This is a very great piece of coastline. With so many beaches in Connecticut you'll never become bored. The close by hotel rooms     are a bit away from the beach, but you'd better book prior to departure given that these hotels fill up swiftly throughout the days of summer. Nauyaug Coast is a location where you won’t catch a sight of sizeable crowds, but it is one of many pleasant sections of shore in this neighborhood. If the weather is fine here at Nauyaug Coast, you can go for a hike along the Narragansett Trail, and time spent at Chocomount Beach is always wonderful. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff truly is plentiful here in the Wind River Range. If you're here, you might as well go to Ram Island Shoal, and some nearby water includes Mystic River. At this ski area you will never have a bad time. Why not go to Ice Harbor also if you're here; if you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Norwich-New London. Mason Point is close by and always tremendous   to go to, and enjoy a round of golf at Pequot Golf Club. If only every site had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great earth it would be. Spend the day on the beach at Esker Point Beach since you're here at Nauyaug Coast; since you're here and you like golf, you can visit Elmridge Golf Course. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Wind River Range. Going to Haley Farm State Park near Nauyaug Coast is a great thing to do; Birch Plain Golf Course & Driving Range is a good golf course close by. This is such a pleasant ski area. Pine Hill is clearly visible from Nauyaug Coast. A good deal of precipitation falls at Nauyaug Coast; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Through the days of summer at Nauyaug Coast temperatures are generally in the 80's, and the night is a tad chillier of course, ordinarily in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Nauyaug Coast are in the 10's.
