| | upon some cheerful people from New Haven-Milford here. Time spent at Short Beach in the vicinity of Momauguin Beach is always magnificent; soar down the rapids of Hammonasset River in a kayak. Some nearby water includes Farm River, and there are great places to explore along the West Woods Trail. Twin Lakes Golf Course is a perfect golf course nearby; don't leave Momauguin Beach without first going for a hike along the Regicides Trail. of Momauguin Beach and is a magnificent spot, and you can spend the day on the beach at Silver Sands Beach. Interesting geology is available here; Cow and Calf is right next door to Momauguin Beach, and why not check out Johnson Point also while you're here. Lake Saltonstall Dam
is a spot that is next to Momauguin Beach; dropping by West Rock Ridge State Park is a fine thing to do. Go for a hike on the Quinnipiac Trail, and a tour to close by Mansfield Point is very relaxing. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Momauguin Beach.

At Momauguin Beach during the warm months highs are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Momauguin Beach.
