want to hit the beach, Osprey Beach is in close proximity. Man, is there lots of cool things to do in close proximity to Green Harbor Beach. Playing golf is lots of fun at Groton Town Shennecossett Golf Course, and a trip to Harkness Memorial State Park is a pleasant idea. Be careful
coming to the Wind River Range, you might not ever want to return home again. Fenger Brook flows through this neighborhood, and if you're a golfer then a delightful close by course is Shennecossett Municipal Golf Course. This ski area is so pleasant. A journey to nearby Greens
Harbor is very relaxing; you can go for a hike on the Narragansett Trail. Summertime highs at Green Harbor Beach usually tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Green Harbor Beach
temperatures fall to the 10's. All the water falling down from the sky makes Green Harbor Beach a wet site; through November this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is June.
