Hit the beach if you want, Shalow Beach is practically right here; Millerton Point is pretty close. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Teachers Beach; Beatty Trail is a splendid local trail; Shell Beach is relatively close by if you're in a beach type of mood. If only every location had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great planet it would be. There's pleasant hiking along the Bucklin Trail; Marconi Conference Center State Park is a brilliant site to have a look at. Don't leave Teachers   Beach without first going for a hike along the Jepson Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Teachers Beach a wet site; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. All through the summer, highs frequently are in the 60's at Teachers Beach, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, mostly in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 50's; during the dark hours in the winter at Teachers Beach temperatures plunge to the 40's.
