While you're here at Sunshine Beach you can take a hike along the Jepson Trail, and Point Reyes National Seashore is a very tremendous place to pop by. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Limantour Spit is a glorious site to stop by nearby; do take a look at Lower Estero Dam if you're here. Tomales Bay State Park is a good location to stretch your       legs a bit. The annual precipitation here at Sunshine Beach is about average; throughout January this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is July. All through the long summer days at Sunshine Beach highs are ordinarily in the 60's. Through the dark hours of summer   temperatures drop down into the 40's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Sunshine Beach are in the 40's.
