But there's a bunch of much nicer and quieter beaches just a few blocks to the north (it's actually west but you know, up the coast). Through the warmest time of the year here at Santa Cruz Beach, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's while Santa Cruz Beach overnight low temperatures during the wintertime
