There are some great whitewater spots on Big Sur River, and Pfeiffer Point is not far at all. At this ski area you will always have a pleasant time. Go for a hike on the Buzzards Roost Trail, and needless to say, everyone loves Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. Beach. Don't leave Pfeiffer Beach without first going for a hike along the Oak Grove Trail, and during your stay here do stop at nearby Wreck Beach. You truly must have a thing about the Wind River Range. There's whitewater on Little Sur River for all you adrenaline rush seekers,
and you'll perhaps meet some people from Salinas here. A ski area like this is too pleasant to pass up. Summertime highs at Pfeiffer Beach regularly tend to be in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. During the winter highs are regularly in the 50's,
and night lows at Pfeiffer Beach through the winter frequently plunge into the 40's. Around Pfeiffer Beach you don’t get a lot of rainfall; through the month of January you get the most rain around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
