There are perfect comfortable rooms here, and if you make reservations prior to departure you're all set. There are campgrounds pretty near the section of shoreline where you can pitch that tent. North Moss Beach is in close proximity to Moss Beach if you're in a beach type of mood; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Del Monte Golf Course is nearby. A visit to Moss Beach wouldn’t be complete without a visit to close by Asilomar State Beach; you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Fan Shell Beach. Joe is very relaxing. The San Clemente Trail is a splendid hiking trail right next door to Moss Beach, and why not a little side visit to Seal Rock Creek. If the weather is good here at Moss Beach, you can go for a hike along the Soberanes Canyon Trail, and enjoy a round of golf
at Poppy Hills Golf Course. Summer at Moss Beach comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and the overnight is a bit cooler of course, usually in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 60's while Moss Beach night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's.
From a precipitation point of view Moss Beach is a rather typical spot; January is the wettest month with most rain, and August is when it's the driest.
