McClures Beach, Marin County, California   Visiting the beach is always an exciting thing to do, and If you happen to be in Marin County of California, McClures Beach is a magnificent local beach. An exciting thing to check out in the vicinity of McClures Beach is South Dam; a tour to Toms Point is always a delightful idea. Tomales Bay State Park is both wonderful and gorgeous, and it's in the neighborhood of McClures Beach; the Tomales Point Trail is a brilliant hiking trail nearby. If time allows, Point Reyes National Seashore is a national park worth stopping at, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Jepson Trail. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! McClures Beach is so good! Driftwood Beach is   a beach close to McClures Beach that you can have a look at, and Windy Gap is a magnificent location to stop at. You'll meet a lot of people from Santa Rosa-Petaluma here. McClures Beach frequently gets lots of rain; January is the month that gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is July. High temperatures at McClures Beach during the summer are in the 60's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. All through the winter highs are generally in the 50's, and night lows during the wintertime for McClures Beach tend to be in the 40's.
